Establishing a new destination brand in a busy, city centre location
With 83 residential apartments, 4 blocks of commercial office space and an array of bars and restaurants, Jesmond Three Sixty is a buzzing new destination in Newcastle upon Tyne and they needed a brand to reflect that.
We worked closely with the development team to create everything from the name through to the visual identity. Originally office blocks on the cusp of the city centre and border of Jesmond we needed to develop a name that would encapsulate the vibrant location and reflect the lifestyle this new development would offer.
To communicate the location, transport links and exciting lifestyle possibilities we established the core proposition ‘Where city living revolves around you’ and named the site ‘Jesmond Three Sixty’ to truly echo the proposition.
A minimal and stylish brand with an illustrative visual language was developed. The illustration not only reflects the residential elements of the destination but also the commercial side. The visual style has rolled out across everything from onsite hoardings to online communications, ensuring the proposition, name, brand and visual language is seamless, memorable and captivates potential residents and businesses.
