This national partnership is focused on transforming how we support and sustain the people who work in health and care. With a particular emphasis on tackling inequalities, the project seeks not just to analyse the system, but to help reimagine it, guided by the lived experiences of those working within it.
Our role is to establish a name and an identity that empowers people in health and care: to feel heard, included, and part of something that is genuinely responsive to their needs.
